These terms apply to Ride Quest, alongside our General Terms of Service. Where the two differ, these terms apply to Ride Quest.

1. Licence

Ride Quest is distributed through the Apple App Store and licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms and our General Terms of Service.

2. Unofficial Fan App

Ride Quest is an unofficial fan app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Disney. Names of places, attractions and characters belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them.

Cabin numbers, colours, character names and other details in the app are entered by you. We don't check them, and we can't promise any information shown in the app is accurate or up to date.

3. Your Content

You own what you enter in Ride Quest, including your photos. It's stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your private iCloud account. We can't access it. You can export it at any time from the app's Settings. Please keep your own backups: we can't recover data that has been deleted from your device and iCloud. See the Ride Quest Privacy Policy for details.

4. Use It Safely

  • Follow the rules of any venue you visit and the instructions of its staff.
  • Don't let the app distract you while walking, queuing, boarding or leaving a ride.
  • Respect other people's privacy when taking photos.

5. Price

Ride Quest is free to download and has no in-app purchases.
